About the role

  • Systems Analyst focusing on business integrations within the team to enhance process efficiency. Working on diverse projects connecting multiple systems with modern IPaaS technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional solutions for B2B or B2C
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
  • Write technical specifications
  • Perform unit and integration testing
  • Write support documentation
  • Resolve queries with the development team
  • Serve as the point of contact for the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of integrations using APIs/Webservices is desirable but not required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst or in related roles
  • Ability to design and document B2B/B2C solutions/interfaces
  • Experience with business processes in ERP is essential (Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Finance)
  • Fluent English (preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP (preferred)
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
