About the role
- FP&A Manager leading data strategy and BI reporting for Bright's finance function at a pivotal growth stage in a PE-backed SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- As FP&A Manager – Data & Business Intelligence, you will sit at the intersection of Finance, Data, and commercial decision-making. You will be responsible for driving data integrity, building scalable BI infrastructure, and delivering the financial insight that supports Bright’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- 4+ years of post-qualification commercial finance experience in industry (FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering).
- Proven expertise in Power BI: data modelling (DAX, Power Query/M), dashboard design, and deployment to business stakeholders.
- Strong financial modelling skills in Excel, with a focus on structure, auditability, and accuracy.
- Experience owning or contributing to ARR snowball and SaaS metric production in a recurring-revenue business.
- Confident communicator, able to present complex analysis clearly to non-finance audiences including C-suite and investors.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).

- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS or technology business.
- Familiarity with data platforms beyond Power BI (e.g. SQL, Python/pandas, Snowflake, dbt).
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing analysts.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve finance workflows.
