Responsibilities
- Geebs is establishing a new “Sustainability & Certification” unit and is seeking an experienced Sustainability & Certification Manager (m/f/d).
- The role takes product and program responsibility for certification projects (e.g., DGNB, QNG, BNB) and designs pragmatic processes to demonstrably implement sustainable construction projects.
- Certification ownership: end-to-end leadership of certifications (DGNB / QNG / BNB / others).
- Pre-check frameworks: project pre-assessments, initial evaluations and gap lists.
- Process definition: development of pragmatic workflows and handover templates.
- Documentation ownership: structuring and validation of all evidence.
- Cross-project tracking: status, milestone and issue tracking.
- Technical implementation: translating requirements into clear tasks; coordination across planning, execution and handover.
- Stakeholder communication: regular alignment and facilitation between clients, design/planning teams and contractors.
