About the role
- Data Science Analyst optimizing processes and enhancing performance for BRB Seguros. Involved in data analysis, model creation, and channel performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone whose mission is to actively contribute to implementing strategies to optimize the presence and performance of BRB Seguros' physical and remote distribution channels. This includes participating in projects and initiatives that help monetize these channels, as well as working on the creation and optimization of the company's business processes, services, and products.
- **The responsibilities of this position include:**
- Perform data analyses to support BRB Seguros' operations and strategies, generating insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency of commercial operations;
- Design, monitor, and refine the company's statistical models, ensuring their effectiveness as foundations for intelligent business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, able to translate complex analyses into accessible insights;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to understand business problems and translate challenges into analytical solutions and data strategies;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Programming languages: Python and/or R;
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning;
- Knowledge of data security and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
- **Differentials:**
- Experience with Big Data tools and technologies such as Apache Spark and Jupyter Notebooks;
- Experience with Office suite, with emphasis on Power BI and Excel.
