Responsibilities
Operational and Technology Process Audits: Conduct internal audits focused on continuous improvement and process security. Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies in IT and financial processes, with an emphasis on data security and integrity.
Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Map risks and recommend opportunities for process optimization, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing errors and fraud.
Strategic, Actionable Reporting: Prepare detailed, clear reports of findings accompanied by practical, implementable recommendations for Braveo’s leadership. Focus on actions that not only mitigate risks but also encourage innovation and process improvement.
Monitoring Implementation of Corrective Actions: Oversee the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring they are effective and deliver the expected results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different areas of the company, such as IT, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure processes are aligned and meet Braveo’s standards of excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in Risk Management, Audit, or Information Technology are a plus.
Preferred experience in internal audit and/or internal controls, especially in dynamic e-commerce, retail, or innovation environments.
Knowledge of Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
Familiarity with data analysis tools.
Strong Communication: Ability to produce clear, objective, and strategic reports for different stakeholders.
Proactivity and Organization: Analytical, detail-oriented profile with the ability to manage multiple processes and tasks efficiently.
CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or similar certification focused on audit and internal control is a plus.
Experience with Compliance and Information Security: Knowledge of digital security practices and regulatory compliance.
Ability to Influence and Work in Multidisciplinary Teams: Skill in interacting with various areas (IT, Compliance, Operations) to optimize processes.
