About the role

  • Lead Visual Designer at BrandLift GmbH responsible for designing conversion-focused brand experiences and collaborating across teams. Leading creative direction while managing projects from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

  • You take full creative responsibility for all brands within the BrandLift group
  • You are part of the creative core from day one
  • You work closely with copywriting, media buying, strategy, management, and the respective brand experts
  • You approach design in the context of performance-driven brand building and funnel architecture
  • You design campaign assets, landing pages, webinars, mailings, social ads, and more
  • Web design is a central part of your work
  • During intensive project phases you coordinate additional resources via a network of freelancers, agencies, or other designers.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Lead Designer or Creative Director with demonstrable results
  • Excellent sense for brand management, aesthetics, UX, and conversion-driven design
  • High degree of autonomy, an ownership mindset, and a willingness to take responsibility
  • You can develop and maintain complete brand worlds consistently: visual language, typography systems, color palettes, style guides, and corporate identity/corporate design updates are your domain
  • A high aesthetic standard, attention to detail, and premium-level quality are your baseline
  • You lead design processes, provide precise creative feedback, ensure quality, and can mentor junior designers or freelancers
  • You understand positioning, narratives, and messaging — and can translate them into emotional, clear, high-converting design
  • You design the complete customer journey across all touchpoints: funnels, web, social ads, email, product experiences, and packaging.

Benefits

  • A central design role with real creative freedom
  • Close collaboration with a strong team across copy, performance, strategy, and management
  • Brands with soul, purpose, substance, and steep growth trajectories
  • An environment where design is a genuine growth driver (strategically and operationally)
  • Flexible working models — freelance or permanent, depending on availability and project needs
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • A culture that values quality, clarity, and long-term collaboration
