About the role

  • Research and identify potential business leads in the construction and restoration space.
  • Build and maintain a targeted list of local prospects.
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Reach out to local businesses through calls, emails, and in-person visits to build relationships.
  • Warm up leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales lead.
  • Support social media marketing efforts using pre-designed templates in Canva.
  • Track and report outreach activity, lead progress, and results.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and networking skills - comfortable starting conversations and representing a brand professionally.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and hit outreach goals.
  • Familiarity with or experience in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools a plus.
  • Must be based in the St. Louis area and able to attend in-person community or networking events.
