About the role
- Senior Software Engineer implementing modern digital health solutions using a PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript stack. Collaborating with design, product management, and development teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Planung und Umsetzung von Webanwendungen auf Basis unseres PHP-/JavaScript-/TypeScript-Stacks.

- Schreiben automatisierter Tests und Sicherstellung hoher Codequalität.
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsstandards.
- Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Optimierung von Prozessen, Tools & Workflows.
Requirements
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler * in, Software Engineer oder Softwarearchitekt*in (m/w/d) – idealerweise im Gesundheitssektor oder mit Erfahrung in ISO 13485/IEC 62304 wünschenswert.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Backend-Entwicklung mit PHP und Frameworks wie Symfony (oder vergleichbaren Alternativen).
- Erfahrung in der Modellierung, im Design und in der Implementierung von RESTful APIs.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbankmodellen sowie ORMs (z. B. Doctrine).
- Kompetenzen in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit JavaScript/TypeScript und CSS sowie praktische Erfahrung mit modernen JavaScript-Frameworks/Libraries wie Vue, React oder Angular.
- Routine im Schreiben automatisierter Tests mit PHPUnit oder Vitest.
- Kenntnisse im Entwickeln und Betreiben von Anwendungen mit Docker-Containern und in Linux-basierten Systemumgebungen.
- Optimalerweise bringst du zusätzliche Kenntnisse in TypeScript auf Basis von Node.js und Frameworks wie NestJS mit.
- Wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, sind Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Figma-Designs mithilfe von Tailwind CSS.
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban), ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zum aktiven Wissensaustausch.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Verfügbarkeit von 32–40 Stunden pro Woche.
