About the role
- IT Systemadministrator ensuring hybrid IT infrastructure and security with Microsoft 365 services. Collaborating with IT professionals to support technical challenges in Achim, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Operations and administration
- Operation, administration and further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure (On‑Premises, Cloud and Microsoft 365)
- Administration of our Windows Server and Active Directory environment
- Operation and monitoring of backup and recovery solutions
- Analysis and long‑term resolution of more complex incidents
- Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Contribution to IT security and network topics, including user and permission management
- Implementation of technical security measures
- Participation in firewall, network and access concept development
- Support for organizational IT matters and process improvements
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, standards and operational concepts
- Coordination with internal departments and external IT service providers
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a degree in IT
- Several years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration
- Good knowledge of IT security and cloud technologies
- Independent, solution‑oriented and responsible working style
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (C1/C2)
