About the role
- IT Consultant specializing in ERP processes for clients in public administration and finance. Aiding digital transformation and optimization of business processes.
Responsibilities
- You actively advise our clients on Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes to identify optimization potential and advance digitalization.
- You analyze and evaluate customer processes and their specific requirements to develop tailored concepts.
- You act as an expert for ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) with our clients.
- You apply your knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business intelligence, and AI technologies to optimize customer processes.
- You support or, depending on the project, lead the implementation process for your area of responsibility and are accountable for customer-specific customizations.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- You support the sales team in the sales process to achieve shared success.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics, or a related field.
- At least three years of professional experience with ERP systems.
- Project management knowledge, ideally PRINCE2, or IT service management according to ITIL v4.
- Strong interest in vendor-independent consulting and a passion for helping companies digitalize their processes.
- Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and to work closely and coordinate with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations across Germany as required.
