About the role

- Development and further development of information security policies, standards and processes
- Establishment and maintenance of a company-wide security strategy and roadmap
- Identification, assessment and prioritization of information security risks
- Tracking and management of security initiatives and measures
- Conducting reviews and spot checks to ensure compliance with security requirements
- Raising awareness and training employees on information security
- Preparation of decision-making materials and management reports for executive management and the ISO
- Close collaboration with IT, business units and group-wide interfaces
Requirements
- Several years of experience in information security / IT security
- Very good understanding of common standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience in identifying risks early and resolving them in a structured way
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP) are a plus but not mandatory
