About the role

  • Production Engineering Manager at Boeing leading teams for high-precision automation challenges and driving production asset reliability. Ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance at Auburn & Frederickson sites.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and mentor teams of equipment engineers and technicians responsible for the development, design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of production assets; ensuring functionality, reliability and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee technical management of suppliers in the design, sourcing, and implementation of new technology into the production system.
  • Lead special projects supporting key company priorities.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering role
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams of various levels and disciplines
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects & schedules
