About the role

Responsibilities
- Onboard and integrate new applications into SailPoint ISC
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SailPoint ISC components
- Perform identity and access governance operations
- Support and enhance legacy identity and access management tools
- Develop and maintain custom integrations, rules, scripts, and connectors in SailPoint
- Collaborate with security, application, and compliance teams to implement identity governance solutions
- Respond to incidents and contribute to runbooks, automation scripts, and support
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering and configuring SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Proven expertise in application onboarding, connector development, and workflow customization
- Experience with identity and access governance/Identity Governance and Administration (IAG/IGA) concepts
- Experience programming in Java and Python
- Experience with Beanshell, REST APIs, SQL, or scripting for automation and customization
- Experience supporting legacy IAM tools and migrating workloads to modern platforms
- Experience with identity protocols and standards (e.g., SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OIDC)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access issues in a production environment
