About the role
- Experienced Contracts Paralegal negotiating a variety of agreements in the Indirect Supply Chain Law team at Boeing. Requires significant experience in commercial contracting and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft high volumes of commercial, technology, and other legal documentation.
- Communicate understandable strategic advice and guidance to internal Boeing procurement teams.
- When escalating contractual issues or risks, provide suitable background and concise summaries of the issues and risks.
- Draft letters, memoranda and maintain confidentiality of all communications.
- Administer and maintain Law Department projects, processes, policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, either in-house, with a law firm, or a combination, supporting commercial contracting.
- 5+ years’ experience, supporting commercial contracting covering procurement and a wide variety of commercial contracts, with both domestic and international counterparties.
- 8+ years’ experience, including some in-house with a large corporation (preferred).
