Responsibilities
- Lead US and international team members
- Partner across various teams in Commercial Estimating and across the Enterprise to drive strategy, development, and execution of improvement ideas
- Leverage your estimating and technical knowledge to build next generation processes and tools
- Leverage your analysis and critical thinking skills to enable and mentor the broader Estimating community with estimates, pricing strategies, proposals, business case analysis, and estimating methods
- Drive the Estimating organization forward while also continuing to learn and develop your own technical and leadership skills
- Develop and deliver training to support future Estimating skill needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
