About the role
- Senior Supply Chain Manager responsible for effective operation between CMO and BMS Supply Chain. Fostering relationships and driving improvements in supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining/developing strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at CMOs and internal BMS stakeholders
- Participate in Virtual Plant team meetings, CMO face to face meetings & lead supply chain related meetings with CMO as required
- Point of escalation for Other Supply Chain functions including ExM Customer Planning, ExM Logistics, Supply Planning Unit (SPU) and Inventory Control teams
- Prepare Supply Chain related topics for CMO business reviews
- Accountable for CMO supply chain metrics
- Reporting of Supply Chain metrics to CMO, VPT & within ExM Supply Chain
- Review of relevant CMO forecast for significant changes
- Determine supply priorities and communicate with CMO
- Communication of any inventory risks to ExM inventory control and finance teams
- Support ExM Supply Chain with new SKU introduction
- Review of CMO related change controls for supply chain impact
- Engage with ExM planning teams to ensure potential supply restrictions are managed and mitigated
- Identify and drive supply chain improvement projects with CMO & ExM teams",
Requirements
- 5 years + Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment
- Knowledge of ERP, ideally SAP and SAP BW reporting
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Detailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints
- APICS or related qualification
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment
- Project Management qualification/experience is desirable
