Responsibilities
Technically lead the squad responsible for implementing the Omnichannel platform, acting as a reference for development best practices, architecture, and code quality, ensuring integration between digital and physical channels
Define and validate technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards and application scalability
Support the development team in resolving complex technical problems, promoting continuous learning
Perform code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring with the squad developers
Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), promoting automation and efficiency in development processes
Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions
Monitor and optimize system performance at both application and database levels
Manage technical risks, proposing alternatives and mitigating impacts on deliveries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Proven experience as a Tech Lead and in Salesforce Service Cloud projects
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, including skill-based routing and integration across multiple channels
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems
Desired knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows and Process Builder
Development experience in .NET (C#): strong knowledge of REST APIs, backend applications, automated testing, and architectural best practices
Relational databases: data modeling, query optimization, experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
NoSQL databases: experience with MongoDB, Redis, or others, applying according to solution needs
Messaging and distributed systems: strong knowledge of tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus, focusing on scalability and resilience
Observability: use of logging, tracing, and metrics tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
Solid experience as a developer and technical leader in projects using .NET (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET)
Security: ensure secure development practices, authentication/authorization, and protection of sensitive data
Proven experience in designing and defining architectural solutions, including design best practices, architectural patterns, and scalability
Track record of active participation in implementing robust projects or products with high data volumes, large numbers of users, and high availability and performance requirements
People management experience, including performance monitoring, career development, and conflict management
Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business areas
