About the role
- Senior Technical Lead responsible for designing and supporting Pega application software at Ameriprise. Collaborating with teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing, Coding, Testing, Implementing, Maintaining and Supporting application software
- Work closely with Business partners and Technology team members to understand business requirements
- Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle
- Actively participate in code review process
- Create design documents and detailed engineering specifications
- Write code adhering to coding standards
- Define and develop unit test plan and provide integration and business test planning input
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering
- 9-15 years of relevant experience in Pega BPM tool
- Experience coding and/or designing on Pega
- Good knowledge of advanced Pega concepts like Pega GenAI Blueprint, Constellation UI architecture and case type design, Pega AI capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in providing second level Production support
- Strong communication skills
