About the role
- Architect guiding cross-functional teams in complex integration programmes across Blue Yonder's solutions, ensuring effective adoption and standardization in supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Support complex integration programmes across the Blue Yonder solution space.
- Actively collaborate with field teams and customers to drive solution adoption.
- Guide Professional Services during implementations, ensuring sound design decisions.
- Provide architectural oversight for customer engagements.
- Capture knowledge from implementations and convert into reusable artifacts.
- Design templates and artifacts for reusability and automation.
- Work with Product Development to test and provide feedback on integration features.
- Propose and build agents and tools for standardization and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, or supporting enterprise Supply Chain solutions.
- Experience in configuring solutions, troubleshooting, and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Supply chain.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs, data flows, batch vs. real-time concepts).
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform & Services (Snowflake, Kafka, Stratosphere, LIAM, CIS, EFS, Bulk/Streaming, Transform & Distribute) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with coding or scripting (e.g., Python), AI-Agents/LLM Frameworks to build automation tools, agents is an advantage.
- Exposure to multi-solution integration concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- Business-level English (spoken and written).
- Confidence engaging customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership.
