About the role
- SAP ABAP Technical Lead designing and developing SAP solutions including ABAP, Fiori/UI5 applications, and MDG objects for Enterprise Apps.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions
- Develop and support SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and complex Workflow scenarios
- Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Fiori/UI5 applications using JavaScript, SAP UI5, and OData services
- Work extensively on Web Dynpro, BRF+, and ABAP Objects
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP MDG objects (Data Models, UI Models, Workflows, BRF+ rules, validations, derivations)
- Design and implement MDG Data Quality Rules, Governance frameworks, and domain-specific enhancements
- Build integrations using BAPI, BDC, IDoc, RFC, Web Services, OData, APIs, and SAP BTP/middleware platforms
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across ABAP and MDG components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, testing, UAT, and deployment phases
- Provide technical support for MM, SD, FICO module integrations and MDG-related processes
- Prepare technical specification documents, unit test cases, and ensure compliance with development standards.
