About the role

• Senior Analyst at Biogen managing external stakeholder engagement processes. Responsible for operational guidance, administrative support, and project management within the ESE and SGG tools in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance and administrative support for external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the ESE tool, supporting engagement owners with project management and budget reconciliation.
• Manage timelines for contracting, payments, and closeout, ensuring compliance with Biogen's procedures.
• Create and manage POs in Oracle, complete contract templates, and escalate legal queries as necessary.
• Support project close activities, including document collation and final budget reconciliation.
• Manage sponsorship requests, including due diligence, decision communications, and reconciliations.
• Maintain the sponsorship mailbox and team repositories, advising on standard Biogen procedures.
• Assist in the creation and update of GBS documentation related to ESE and Sponsorship processes.
• Conduct routine operational meetings with internal business partners, and report on KPIs and metrics.
• Analyze route causes of incidents related to ESE and Sponsorship processes and propose mitigation actions.
• Participate in continuous development of the ESE and Sponsorship toolkit.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with workflow programs and MS Office tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Pharma/Biotech or a shared service environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of external stakeholder engagement and sponsorship processes (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle, iProcurement, Veeva, DocuSign, and related tools (preferred).
