About the role

  • Senior Branding Analyst managing Onfly's paid channels and influencer marketing strategies. Focused on brand presence and strategic partnerships in the travel tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end branding and influencer marketing strategy for Onfly, including talent scouting, negotiation, scripts, campaign execution and measurement
  • Plan and execute paid brand media campaigns such as OOH, branded content, PR stunts and special activations
  • Build partnerships with creators, publishers, platforms and media outlets relevant to Onfly’s ecosystem
  • Develop narratives, scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency across paid content
  • Create and lead brand presence plans driven by data, cultural relevance and market opportunities
  • Coordinate execution with Social, Content, Branding, Events and Performance teams to ensure each paid action becomes organic amplification and brand authority
  • Orchestrate Onfly’s annual paid presence calendar, defining priorities, investments, formats and key moments
  • Monitor trends in digital content, creators, media and audience behavior to identify opportunities
  • Oversee Onfly-sponsored events and be available to travel
  • Manage KPIs for influencer activity, awareness, brand impact and paid channel efficiency
  • Handle contracts, negotiations, timelines, deliverables and materials with precision and clarity
  • Represent the Branding team in discussions with creators, partners and media outlets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, paid brand media or branded content
  • Experience with strategic content and campaign planning
  • Experience managing creators, contracts, negotiations and deliverables
  • Ability to create narratives and scripts that amplify the brand and connect with the audience
  • Strong data literacy and understanding of metrics related to awareness, engagement and brand impact
  • Integrated vision across branding, content, social media and events
  • Proficiency with major platforms and tools in the ecosystem (Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok Creator Marketplace, BI tools and influencer platforms)
