About the role

  • Finance Analyst responsible for treasury management and accounts payable/receivable in LATAM. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution and continuous improvement of cash flow management, treasury operations, accounts payable and receivable, and credit & collections across Latin America
  • Manage short- and medium-term cash flow: projections, scenario planning, variance analysis, and weekly/monthly cash position
  • Plan and optimize payments and receipts to support liquidity and working capital targets
  • Prepare cash flow reports and analyses for Finance leadership and business stakeholders
  • Execute treasury routines: scheduling and release of payments according to the authorization matrix, monitoring bank balances/positions, maturities, and financial calendar
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational liaison with banks: account maintenance, registrations/updates, signatures/mandates (when applicable), and routine bank interactions
  • Support implementation and monitoring of treasury controls (e.g., segregation of duties, approval workflows)
  • Execute and improve AP/AR routines: document validation, accounting entries/postings, bank reconciliations, and payment settlements/clearing
  • Coordinate collection activities, follow up with customers, and negotiate payment terms/agreements
  • Monitor AR aging, dispute statuses, and take actions to reduce delinquencies and overdue balances
  • Support the Credit Policy: credit and risk analyses, setting/updating limits and collateral, periodic reviews, and exposure monitoring
  • Monitor delinquencies and propose mitigation strategies (collateral, renegotiations, and agreements)
  • Manage and monitor key terms of financial/commercial contracts in coordination with Controllership/Legal
  • Support the monthly close: reconciliations, supporting tasks, variance analyses, and data quality checks
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, internal controls, audits, and applicable regulations; support internal and external audits
  • Drive improvements in ERP and automations and monitor operational KPIs
  • Maintain governance of customer/vendor master data, bank details and payment terms, ensuring integrity and compliance with privacy requirements
  • Act as a regional Finance partner for LATAM, requiring clear communication in English and/or Spanish

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Solid experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly close
  • Strong hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting, collections, delinquency management, and credit limit analysis/management
  • Experience with banking routines and operational relationships with banks
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar) and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with internal controls, compliance, and audits
  • Knowledge of privacy requirements applied to financial/registration data (e.g., LGPD) is a plus
  • English and/or Spanish: professional level (able to conduct meetings, negotiate, and write emails)
