Responsibilities

Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Taking part in a shared on-call rotation, supporting platform services and contributing to incident resolution and reliability improvements.
Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, IaC ( e.g. Terraform) and configuration management ( e.g. Ansible).
A strong background in system design, distributed systems, and software engineering principles.
Experience building internal platform capabilities such as deployment systems, monitoring/observability tooling, or infrastructure automation.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline design, and operational best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and make sound technical decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
