About the role

  • Senior Performance Analyst focusing on Safer Gaming at Betclic. Analyzing performance and improving processes for player protection and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor performance by mapping detailed workflows, defining relevant KPIs, and building smart tools for dynamic tracking.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to optimize processes, ensuring alignment with environmental standards and company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by translating long-term performance targets into actionable short- and mid-term initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making: translate business needs into queries, work comfortably in SQL-based environments (e.g., Snowflake), make data visible and understandable, and collaborate with data teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, École Polytechnique, Mines, Centrale, etc.) or from a top-tier university (e.g., Sciences Po)
  • Strong analytical skills used to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Strong interest in data analytics and data visualization
  • Problem-solver with an obsession for quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus in fast-changing situations, with a results orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Operations, and Data
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with resilience
  • Full professional fluency in English and French
