Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor performance by mapping detailed workflows, defining relevant KPIs, and building smart tools for dynamic tracking.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to optimize processes, ensuring alignment with environmental standards and company objectives.
- Contribute to strategic planning by translating long-term performance targets into actionable short- and mid-term initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making: translate business needs into queries, work comfortably in SQL-based environments (e.g., Snowflake), make data visible and understandable, and collaborate with data teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, École Polytechnique, Mines, Centrale, etc.) or from a top-tier university (e.g., Sciences Po)
- Strong analytical skills used to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Strong interest in data analytics and data visualization
