Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-impact data products (recommendation systems, marketing optimization, fraud detection, responsible gaming… and more).
- Partnering directly with business leaders and product teams to transform data into smarter decisions and better user experiences.
- Challenging and improving our technical stack, modeling approaches, and deployment practices to keep us at the cutting edge.
- Acting as a mentor and coach to junior teammates, helping them grow while elevating the whole team’s standards.
- Being a technical reference in modeling and engineering, pushing innovation from prototype to large-scale production.
- Owning your models end-to-end: from idea to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Are able to tell a story with data and make complex models accessible to business stakeholders.
- Master Python (mandatory) and have strong skills in at least one OOP language.
- Are comfortable working with large-scale data (SQL, Spark, or equivalent).
- Have experience with production-grade pipelines (Docker, Airflow, dbt, Datadog…).
- Already worked in a Cloud environment (AWS is a big plus).
- Thrive in an agile, collaborative setup where impact matters.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of the gaming/betting industry is appreciated, but not required.
