About the role

  • Freelancer Influencer Analyst supporting influencer curation and campaign management at BETC Havas agency in São Paulo. Engaging with influencers and agencies to drive performance results.

Responsibilities

  • Support influencer curation based on briefs and social listening analyses
  • Contact and negotiate with influencers and agencies
  • Assist in drafting proposals and defining scope for influencer campaigns
  • Prepare briefs, monitor deliverables, manage timelines, and oversee activations
  • Track campaign performance and results
  • Validate content and liaise with internal teams (account, media, creative)

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing
  • Experience with digital campaigns and social media
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multiple talent profiles
  • Analytical profile for interpreting metrics and results
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and influencer platforms (a plus)
  • Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian business registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
