Responsibilities
- Test Management with Azure Test Plans: Create, organize, and execute detailed test plans and test suites, ensuring full traceability between requirements and defects.
- Quality Assurance (Manual): Plan and perform rigorous manual testing on web systems, ensuring no critical defects reach production.
- Strategic Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts (E2E and API) using Playwright with TypeScript (intermediate level) and manage technical test collections with Postman to optimize regression.
- Acceleration with AI: Use Amazon Q as a partner for generating large datasets, assisting with test script writing, and rapid log analysis.
- Performance Culture: Run basic load and stress tests using K6 to ensure the application handles peak traffic.
- Lifecycle (Azure): Manage defects, requirements, and test integration within the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
Requirements
- Solid experience in manual testing, including writing test cases and test plans.
- Business awareness: Technical experience combined with a strong critical perspective on the user journey.
- Error-prevention mindset and the ability to anticipate business problems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript or related tools (ability to create and maintain automated test suites).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms (managing Boards, configuring Pipelines, and using Repos for version control).
- ISTQB certification: Possess CTFL or higher.
- Experience using AI: Prior experience using Amazon Q or AI assistants to increase testing productivity.
- Basic knowledge of performance testing with K6 (running scripts and interpreting results).
