Responsibilities
- Design and implement M365 solutions (Teams/SharePoint)
- Handle and resolve incidents and service requests
- Support clients in automating their workflows using the Power Platform
- Contribute to development projects around M365 collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams)
- Perform administration and automation tasks in Teams and SharePoint environments
- Monitor new features and updates in the M365 ecosystem
- Act as a point of contact/resource for various stakeholders
- Participate in requirements workshops with clients
- Produce technical and functional documentation
- Contribute to the adoption of M365 ecosystem tools
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a SharePoint analyst/developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience developing solutions and administering SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of using and administering Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of the Power Platform
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of ShareGate (asset)
- SharePoint / M365 certification (asset)
- Experience developing Copilot agents (asset)
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English (asset)
