- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, supporting the development of project management practices;
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations and reports for leadership and the board.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing complex projects;
- Proficiency in methodologies and practices such as PMBOK/PMI, Scrum, Kanban, WBS, risk management, and budgeting;
- Experience defining roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, RACI matrices, and governance rituals;
- Experience with requirements management (user stories, DoR/DoD), versioning, and Change Control;
- Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, CI/CD, Git, QA, and testing;
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with vendors, RFP/RFQ, SLAs, and contracting models;
- Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), Information Security, and frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL;
- Experience with business cases, ROI, EVM, and cost control;
- Executive communication skills with the ability to structure dashboards, narratives, and presentations for leadership;
- Technical English;
- Profile with autonomy, ownership mindset, and the ability to influence without authority;
- Organization, systemic vision, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
