About the role

• Full Stack Developer designing and implementing applications and APIs. Working with a variety of tools for a company specializing in credit recovery in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications, APIs and portals, applying innovation and efficient solutions;
• Design, code and implement new features in internal systems and bespoke solutions;
• Work on ongoing portal and bot projects, ensuring consistent deliveries;
• Create and manage orchestrators for digital self-service processes;
• Propose improvements and put ideas into practice, collaborating with the Digital Solutions team;
• Fix bugs and enhance existing functionality to improve performance and user experience;
• Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and information security best practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of .NET / C# and ASP.NET, including REST API development;
• Programming experience in Node.js and front-end development with React / Next.js;
• Experience with MySQL databases;
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration;
• Familiarity with Redis caching and RabbitMQ queues;
• Implementation of authentication via JWT and real-time communication using WebSocket;
• Knowledge of real-time communication via WebSocket;
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with version control using Git;
• Understanding of microservices architecture and software design patterns;
• Proactive, communicative profile with good interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of automation and integration tools such as Mautic and n8n;
• Experience with monitoring and security using Splunk or CrowdStrike;
• Certifications will be considered a plus.
