About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SAP CPI integrations connecting SAP applications with cloud, on-premise, and third-party systems.
- Lead integration initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including SuccessFactors interfaces and application programming interface errors.
- Define and maintain integration architecture standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements to stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into effective integration solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP integration roles, including hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications in cloud or hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of data transformation, scripting, and application programming interfaces
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
