SAP Manufacturing Analyst designing and implementing S4/Hanna solutions for optimizing manufacturing processes in a global company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an S4/Hanna solution.
Work in conjunction with external systems integrators and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions.
Configure and customize S4/Hanna modules to meet business needs, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Shop Floor Control, Plant Maintenance and Performance Analysis.
Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans and user manuals.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of S4/Hanna.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and performance tuning to optimize system performance and reliability.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in S4/Hanna technologies and recommend process improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; master's degree preferred.
5+ years of SAP ECC & S/4 Hanna experience with PP, PM, QM, MM, WM and related master data.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Shop Floor Control and Plant Maintenance.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control IT initiatives within budget and timeline.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
