About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing various projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards in operations. Focusing on cross-departmental collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans including milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and facilitate regular progress updates.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Capacity planning and forecasting across multiple initiatives
  • Experience in establishing PMO-level controls

Requirements

  • Over five years of experience in project management
  • Strong background in operations, process improvement, or technology-driven change
  • Experience in managing budgets, schedules, risk logs, and structured reporting
  • Knowledge about Agile, Lean, or mixed project delivery methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or similar.
