Requirements
Degree in IT or a related field
At least 2 years' professional experience as an IT technician
Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, Azure, ticketing systems, IP telephony, and smartphones
Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to train users
Strong attention to detail in documentation and procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and users
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
