Technical Service Inside Sales Representative at BD supporting Southern European Operations in service sales. Managing contracts, administrative tasks, and ensuring data accuracy in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain our software tools and platforms such as servicemax, salesforce, LOTS and other records to assure accurate data
Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts and Time and Materia; to achieve financial objectives
Collaborate with internal Sales teams and Technical Service teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers
Act as the main point of contact for customer queries coming in by Phone, internal shared inboxes and emails efficiently
Identify, qualify, and secure service sales opportunities, working within established processes / tools and team members.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly adapt to and work with multiple software tools and platforms
Ambitious, determined, and proactive in reaching targets and confident working independently and in collaboration with a team
Meticulous and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and punctuality in all tasks
Experience in Service Selling and/or Administration is an advantage
Fluent in English and proficient in French and Italian or Spanish
A preference would be to have the ability to speak and write the above 4 languages.
