Requirements
- Proven experience delivering sustaining capital or brownfield design projects within mining or heavy industry
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams and a strong understanding of brownfield constraints, constructability, and integration with existing assets
- Strong project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering – mechanical or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering engineering‑led projects, with a focus on sustaining capital and brownfields works across industrial, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
