Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage global warehousing operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management
- Develop and implement global warehousing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and influence a team of warehouse managers and personnel
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve warehouse performance
- Develop and manage the warehousing budget
- Identify and implement best practices to improve warehouse operations
- Ensure all warehousing operations align with local and international regulations
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing and logistics
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in global function and roles needing 'management through influence'
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Solid understanding of global supply chain processes
