- Monitor program performance through metrics and dashboards; report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or commercial roles with proven success in sales or consulting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and value-based care.
- Advanced data literacy and ability to interpret clinical and financial analytics.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.
- MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience negotiating partnership agreements with healthcare executives.
