Responsibilities
Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
Be the go-to expert for end-user support requests for team members at all levels - from administrative support through Executive Leadership.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Maintain accurate IT records and troubleshoot system issues.
Contribute to IT security best practices and system integrity.
Assist in IT projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
Provide training and guidance to enhance user tech proficiency.
Support rapid resolutions on varying technologies including but not limited to MacOS and Windows.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in corporate IT support at larger companies; experience supporting a global organization is a plus.
Technical SME in Windows AND MacOS is required.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of technologies.
Strong IT troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software.
Knowledge of MDM, MFA, 2FA and other security measures are required.
Ability to understand and adapt to emerging technologies.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver.
