Responsibilities

Requirements
Strong experience in meeting operations management and account management
Proven track record in team leadership and successful management of direct reports
Experience with life sciences clients
Demonstrated experience in client management, maintaining strong relationships and achieving financial performance targets
Experience reviewing and improving operational processes and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Cvent
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Up to 25% travel may be required
