About the role
- Sourcing Coordinator managing travel requests and accommodations for Apple Entertainment Account. Overseeing events and negotiating contracts while ensuring guest comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle travel requests via various channels
- Oversee accommodations for employees, crew, talent, and executives
- Bridge global hotels to our clients and recommend perfect fits
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts
- Ensure guest comfort and manage events from 10 to 200+ guests
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for clients and conduct consultative sourcing
- Analyze supplier Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for client meetings
- Monitor hotel penalties for rebooking opportunities
Requirements
- Proven hotel sourcing & contracting, meetings management
- Strong customer service skills and a general knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity environment
- The drive to keep up in a very fast-paced environment with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Networking skills and can build relationships with vendors
- International experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows platform
