About the role

  • Sourcing Coordinator managing travel requests and accommodations for Apple Entertainment Account. Overseeing events and negotiating contracts while ensuring guest comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle travel requests via various channels
  • Oversee accommodations for employees, crew, talent, and executives
  • Bridge global hotels to our clients and recommend perfect fits
  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts
  • Ensure guest comfort and manage events from 10 to 200+ guests
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for clients and conduct consultative sourcing
  • Analyze supplier Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for client meetings
  • Monitor hotel penalties for rebooking opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven hotel sourcing & contracting, meetings management
  • Strong customer service skills and a general knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity environment
  • The drive to keep up in a very fast-paced environment with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Networking skills and can build relationships with vendors
  • International experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows platform
