Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision for discovery and engagement within the Influenster mobile app and web experience.
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for a key area of the Influenster platform (e.g., core discovery, user engagement, or creator tools).
- Lead the conceptualisation, development, and launch of innovative features while maintaining the integrity of the existing platform.
- Take complete ownership of measurable increases in mobile app engagement and user growth.
- Act as a critical connection point, influencing cross-functional teams and executives.
- Champion a flexible, iterative process methodology that is fit for purpose in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, specifically within consumer-facing applications, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Mandatory: A proven track record of successfully shipping high-impact features for a mobile application.
- Demonstrated experience in a role focused on user engagement, growth, or content creation optimisation.
- Expertise in working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams to deliver outstanding products.
