About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all new and remarket quoting activity, including processing quote requests and updating outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, applications, and policy files.
  • Handle policy servicing tasks such as issuing policies, endorsements, and monitoring downloads.
  • Support producers and account managers with detailed presentations and timely communication.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities within BayCoast companies.
  • Provide responsive client service and participate in agency programs and initiatives.
  • Adhere to agency standards, policies, and procedures while producing high-quality work.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a complex environment.
  • Above-average computer proficiency; experience with Applied Epic, Comparative Rating Software, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and related tools.
  • State insurance license required.
  • Willingness to attend educational seminars; some travel may be required.
