Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, resilient, and able to handle a high volume of interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), data analysis (advanced Excel/Google Sheets), and preparing executive presentations.
- Experience working in a SaaS, e-commerce, or technology company is a plus.
- Availability for onsite work 3x per week in Curitiba, PR.
