About the role

  • Pré-Sales Analyst responsible for generating and qualifying leads for sales team. Join a fast-growing SaaS company in Brazil with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Perform active lead prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media).
  • Qualify potential customers based on the company's ideal customer criteria.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers).
  • Actively participate in industry events and trade shows, assisting in qualifying lead lists generated from those events.
  • Update information in the CRM and keep the pipeline organized.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in active prospecting or commercial/sales roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the online retail (e-commerce) market or SaaS is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, resilient, and able to handle a high volume of interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), data analysis (advanced Excel/Google Sheets), and preparing executive presentations.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, e-commerce, or technology company is a plus.
  • Availability for onsite work 3x per week in Curitiba, PR.
