Responsibilities
- As part of accelerating our digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the IT team reporting directly to the CTO.
- You will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our modern tech stack, redesign our digital tools, and integrate AI solutions to support the business.
- You will be involved in the entire development cycle (backend, frontend, integration, deployment) and work closely with the CTO, data engineers, and external partners.
- Design and develop APIs with Symfony (PHP) and GraphQL (via Hasura + custom layer).
- Create and optimize user interfaces with React.
- Manage access control and authentication using FusionAuth.
- Work on the datalake (PostgreSQL): complex queries, optimization, data ingestion.
- Integrate with the DAM Scaleflex / Filerobot for real estate media management.
- Develop AI modules: client/property matching, continuous customer data qualification, automatic property summaries.
- Integrate business tools: telephony, instant messaging, personalized alerts, reporting.
- Contribute to the migration toward a microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- Optimize performance and scalability for a network of 130 international agencies.
- Write technical specifications with the CTO.
- Code review, unit and integration testing.
- Provide level-3 technical support to business teams and agencies.
- Propose improvements and modern tools tailored to the luxury sector.
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering school or university) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of full stack development experience, ideally in an international environment or on highly digital projects such as PropTech, luxury e-commerce, or B2C SaaS solutions.
- Strong proficiency in backend development with Symfony (PHP) and solid experience designing and operating GraphQL APIs; familiarity with Hasura is a real plus.
- Comfortable with modern frontend technologies, notably React (hooks, context, Redux or Zustand) and TypeScript, and excellent command of PostgreSQL including advanced queries and performance optimization.
- Experience with authentication solutions such as FusionAuth or equivalents (Keycloak, Auth0), and knowledge of DAM solutions like Scaleflex or Filerobot is appreciated.
- Ideally additional skills in TypeScript and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or GitHub Actions).
- Experience with cloud environments, notably AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM integration (LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.) is an asset.
- Awareness of code quality and reliability best practices, including implementing automated tests (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress).
- Rigorous, autonomous and product-oriented, with strong teamwork skills and a genuine interest in knowledge sharing.
- Able to operate in an international environment and work in English with teams and external providers, while demonstrating strong customer service orientation and a good understanding of the luxury sector's challenges.
