About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with local GAAP
- Manage tax-related processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. VAT, Salary, WHT tax requirements, Income Tax, etc
- Ensure accuracy annual statutory reporting as per EAS, quarterly and annual reporting as per US-GAAP
- Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls requirement including monthly/quaterly/annual assessments and submissions regarding her/his related areas
- Support internal and external audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and regular financial reporting cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and ensure financial alignment
- Provide leadership within the finance function, contributing to team development and process improvements
- Utilize SAP for financial processes, reporting, and data management
- Support business operations and leadership with financial insights and recommendations
- Participate in ad‑hoc financial projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of local GAAP, taxation, financial statements, and audit processes
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally within a multinational company environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support teams
- Proficiency in SAP and related financial systems
- Fluent English language
