About the role
- Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Senior Analyst providing analysis and recommendations for Ball Beverage Packaging NCA. Working cross-functionally to support cost out initiatives and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis of strategic investment opportunities across the manufacturing network – from scenario analysis to business case creation, through to AFE preparation.
- Support the long-term quarterly Strategic Planning cycle (3-5 years), including the annual RSM and AOP.
- Support the maintenance of longer-term planning models, including network optimization and competitive advantage analysis.
- Retrieve sales, production, inventory, and financial data from various systems and reporting tools to leverage into larger analyses.
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Growth teams to provide analytical support to major/transformational cost out initiatives.
- Support preparation of presentations for various stakeholder groups, including regional executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or other business-related discipline.
- 3 or more years of experience in an analytical role in supply chain, finance or other functions that required analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets.
- Demonstrated skills: Producing effective presentations of financial/operational analysis or complex data sets.
- Maintaining financial and operational models.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred Experience: Data management and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or other relevant Master’s discipline.
