Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a human services-related field, program operations or project management
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing a team
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Grant and/or proposal writing experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and writing skills
- Aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to work seated in front of a computer for long periods of time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to successfully pass background check
