About the role
- ERP Inhouse Consultant working with Microsoft D365 FSCM for international stability and efficiency. Analyzing processes and collaborating with IT and key users in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellen, dass unser Microsoft D365 FSCM international stabil, effizient und zukunftsfähig läuft
- Zentrale System- und Benutzeradministration, sowie die Systemarchitektur in D365
- Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT – Berater:in, Troubleshooter:in und Möglichmacher:in
- Analyse von Prozessen und Entscheidung, ob ein Thema an den externen 3rd-Level eskaliert werden muss
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern
Requirements
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft D365 FSCM oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
- Praxis in Prozessberatung, Customizing und Second-Level-Support
- Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und ein gutes Gespür für pragmatische Lösungen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Austausch auf Augenhöhe
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C-Niveau, Englisch B-Niveau
